Animation Work Part 2

New Animation Work
Working on a new piece in flash. I really should stop starting projects and focus more on finishing them. I think this piece might be done soon though. I’m working rather quickly on it. And, since it’s being animated in the style of a tv series ending theme, there’s not as much animation as there would be in a regular video.
Anywhos…it’s for Dreaming of the Moon. I’m hoping that by the end of next week at the latest I’ll be able to put it up in it’s completion on the website. :3 For now, I’ll share a little sample from the video.X3
The Wonderland Craze
Japanese games, anime, and manga very often contain the theme of Alice in Wonderland. And yes, I’m am often dran by these themes. :3 Who doesn’t love cheshire cats and worlds in mirrors? So anyways, one of my loves I’m reliving recently is a Japanese otome series game called “Wonderful Wonder World” So far there are 2 games in the series, Heart no Kuni no Alice and Clover no Kuni no Alice by Quinrose

Yesh. Tis my favorite of the characters. The cheshire cat of the Kuni no Alice world is Boris. Isn’t he love? XD And he does appear in both games.
The Blind Pianist

I don’t really need to explain what’s happening here, but I just wanted to share a little background on Nole. He’s a star pianist, but he’s practically blind. However, he doesn’t wear his glasses all the time like he should, but as he doesn’t actually need to read since he plays from what he hears, he doesn’t bother with his glasses too often. Which is why he’s now even more blind and why he needs the coke-bottle glasses. X3
Viveca & CoA
I’m sure Sam and Rose wouldn’t believe me, but I truly do miss Chronicles of Aether and playing as Viveca. But I ruined my chance many many times. What really sucks is even if I wanted to go back, I couldn’t. I had a character I really really loved, and I don’t think that I could play with any character as whole-heartedly as I did with Viveca. And I wouldn’t be able to return as her since she was killed off during game play. I couldn’t keep up and I screwed myself over when I had to take a leave and let someone else play her for me. It’s my fault and I’m saddened by it. All I can do is pine for CoA once more.

Secret Cosplays for 2009 - Hint I
I have 2 cosplays this year that will be premiering at SakuraCon 2009. I’ve been telling my friends that they’re going to be a surprise so they need to guess. Rebekah will be doing one with me, and someone is making the wig for me for that one, so I think a lot of people will be able to guess it, however the second I think will be harder to guess. Good luck! Here’s the first hint for both cosplays!

Thie 1st is the group cosplay I’ll be doing with Rebekah. If Sam joins us for SakuraCon, he might do cosplay with us too. Not too much of a hint with the cosplay though. No guessing on this one, Rebekah! XD The 2nd is a complete secrect from everyone, I don’t think anyone will guess this aside from possibly Catie or Cailin and even then, I doubt it.
Moonmas is Coming
So it turns out we’re still on the Moon this Christmas for the 12 days. XD I was going to try something different with my characters from my short stories, but maybe those will just be random holiday illustrations. I even have each day drafted for Moonmas 08 at this point. It’ll be fun.
